ROCK WOOL PIPE
It is made of rock wool and can stand temperature 600°C. It enhances
the insulation effect of water or gas pipe and its price is lower than glass
wool products.
Density: 100kg/m3, 110kg/m3, 120kg/m3
The thickness can be supplied as per customers’ requirement. We can
also calculate loading quantity for customers. We produce pure rock wool
pipe and rock wool pipe coated with alu. Foil. And the cut has “——”
shaped and “Z” shaped.
ROCK WOOL BOARD
Our mineral wool takes local rocks (basalt rock and dolomite rock) as raw
materials, and adopting the international advanced four-wheel centrifuge
system for cotton technology. The annual output is 20,000 tons, 150
x 40’HQ can be made every day. We ever supplied for Germany-BASF
Company limited, America FLUOR and Japan Mitsubishi PTA.
The density of final products is from 40kg/m3 to 200kg/m3

Thickness: 50mm ~ 150mm

WATERPROOF ROCK WOOL
With treating waterproof agent during process rock wool, this kind of
rock wool can float on the water when facing water. So the material can
be used as sounds absorption and heat insulation in special waterproof
environment.
Density: 50kg/m3 ~ 200kg/m3
Thickness: 30 ~ 200mm
Width: 0.5m ~ 0.63m
Length: 0.5m ~ 5m.
BLACK ROCK WOOL
This product can stand temperature ≥950°C and applied for occasions
with requirements of fireproof performance of relatively higher level.
In China, it is called black rock wool. This rock wool was added with 6%
bauxite, 3% copper mine, 18% iron mine on the basic of general rock
wool. We ever exported to Korea used in fireproof door.
Density: 60kg/m3, 120kg/m3, 145kg/m3, 160kg/m3,180kg/m3.
HIGH STRENGTH ROCK WOOL BOARD
This rock wool is applicable for flat-topped roof building structure
requiring high compressive strengthen due to their high-pressure and
high-tensile performance. With the properties of thermal insulation, fire
prevention, noise absorbing and others.
Standing temperature: 700°C
Density: 150kg/m3, 160kg/m3, 180kg/m3, 200kg/m3.
