FIBERGLASS WOOL MAT
It uses glass wool which adopts centrifugal way to produce mat and then
finished by adding binder. The mat can be combined with Al.foil, black
tissue, black fiberglass fabric, craft paper or PVC film on single side. It is
good material of sound- absorption and heat insulation.

Density: 10kg/m3, 12kg/m3, 16kg/m3, 24kg/m3, 32kg/m3, 40kg/m3
Size: 1.22m (W) x 10~30m (L)/roll
Thickness: 15mm, 25mm, 50mm, 100mm
Conductive coefficient (W/mk): ≤0.042
Packing: Delivery in rolls form and one 40’ container can load 450 rolls.
   
FIBERGLASS WOOL BOARDS
It uses glass wool which adopts centrifugal way to produce boards and
then finished by adding binder. It is good material for sounds- absorption
and heat preservation.
Density: 48kg/m3, 64kg/m3, 96kg/m3, 120kg/m3
Size: 0.61m(W) x 1.22m(L) or 1.22m(W) x 2.44m(L)
Thickness: 15mm, 25mm, 50mm
Note: The boards can be coated with perforation Al. foil, black fiberglass
tissue, black fabric, craft paper or PVC film on one side.
   
FIBERGLASS WOOL PIPE
It uses glass wool in centrifugal ways to make various thickness pipes
according to different outer diameter. It is a good and essential material
for heat preservation in water and gas pipes. Kinds: pure pipes and glass
pipe coated with alu.foil.

Density: 48 kg/m3 or 64kg/m3
Thickness: 25mm or 50mm
Packing: One 40’conatainer can load 163 cartons.
Note: small pipes can inserted into big pipes so that it can save sea
freight cost

Loading Picture about Glass Wool Pipe in Insert Type
As per our experience, one 40’HQ container can load 163 cartons
(1015mm x 750mm x 570mm). In each carton, we insert small pipe into
big one to make full use of the space of container to save sea freight.

PREING SEALING PART OF GLASS WOOL
It produces glass wool in centrifugal ways firstly and then makes mould
to produce various sealing parts according to customer’s drawings and its
density by pressed molding. The finished product can be plain glass wool
or coat AL. foil on one side and black tissue on one side or black fiberglass
fabric on another side.
Density: 100kg/m3 or 120kg/m3.
